Hi Max,

Can you please give more information and maybe a photo of your problem? The more information that you provide the more likely people will be able to help you.

What steps did you take?
When did the problem happen (what step)?
What exactly is the problem? Did it not seat because it didn't go down far enough or one side is down but the other is not. Did the race get bent or damaged when you tried to put it on?

The more info the better :)
